About the event
A few moments of your time will pay tribute to Veterans buried at the IOOF Cemetery in Mount Vernon. Join other veterans in placing a flag at each Veteran's headstone and thereby honoring their service and preparing the cemetery for Memorial Day. This is a great opportunity to bring family, friends, and children to learn of the sacrifices made on their behalf. Registration not required but helpful in keeping you current in the event of any changes due to weather, etc. The gift of service and honor extends beyond our lifetimes.
